Dominique Chane-Yook is a founding partner of Smart World Partners. He has recognized expertise in digital infrastructure, developed through several years of involvement in projects related to the digital development of territories.

Since the creation of the firm, he has supported local authorities, telecom operators and institutional stakeholders on strategic advisory, project structuring, concession management (DSP) and project management assistance, both in France and internationally.
